Clean, Employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Rooms were nice n big, can use a lil remodeling 😶Loved the elevators . Cocktail lounge was lit 🔥. Would definitely come back.

Our room is very comfortable and very clean. We have an efficiency kitchen with clean and modern conveniences. It’s been quiet here due to the time of year. We ate in the restaurant a few times, really liked the chicken fingers and oven fries. The location is away from the casinos but only a 20 min walk on the boardwalk out front. We drove to get to the casinos due to the weather and the area surrounding is a little sketchy. Our room was great on the 14th floor but we had initially asked for a higher floor and when was saw the room on the 24th Fl. we changed our minds, it needed updating !

This was my first time there at Flagship Resort and I really enjoyed myself and karaoke night Saturday was so fun and the DJ's and all. Also too it would be very kind and nice if you serve breakfast for free since people like myself pay a whole lot for time share at your resort. Giving goes a long way. Sharing is Caring, and Caring is sharing!🥰

Avoid like the plague. Even if they offer you a great sounding deal to visit, DO NOT GO. After sitting through a terrible, high pressure sales pitch for 2+ hours they will give you a certificate for whatever incentive they offered you, but that company does everything imaginable to not book you for that offer. I have tried and failed to contact them for over a month after paying a ‘refundable’ deposit. Save your time and money and avoid these scumbags. Hotel itself is dated and completely out of the way of the attractions. Not even worth going just for a discounted rate.

We shared a nice room with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. The extra security of additional doors before entering your room is a plus. However, it's worth noting that we had to be wary of the sturdiness of our balcony railing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
