It was our first visit of Porto and we have felt in love with it not just because of the wonderful historical sights but also thanks to the perfect accommodation. Comfortable and stylish room, kind employees, tasteful breakfasts and the location near the historical center made us feel like at home. It was very useful that we have got the map of the City at the reception when we checked in and the receptionist gave us many practical advices what we should see and how we can get there by foot or using a public transport.

Great little guesthouse. Quiet, clean, close to the metro, and *excellent* service. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate, if you remind yourself that this is a guesthouse, instead of a hotel. The staff is beyond friendly, love to have a chat and offer advice, and represent what's best about Portugal: the people, and their hospitality. If you're not demanding large rooms and over the top luxury, but just want a clean, comfortable room with good access to public transportation, and is relatively in walking distance of the city center, then PLEASE try this wonderful little guesthouse!

Very good place. As neat as can be and excellent, knowledgeable staff and trainee. You’ll be welcomed with a free glass of local favourite; Douro Port. Just ask for more pillows if you need to. The breakfast is among the best parts of staying there. Couldn’t give 5* as room much smaller than advertised. But this is a very good place by local standards.

The Guest House is close to the underground, and very central. Its whole staff are diligent and friendly. On the top of that, the bedroom and bathroom are extremely clean. The bedroom has got a TV, with not only with Portuguese channels, but also many foreigners ones. In the bathroom there is an hair dryer. There is a fan, for when there is a heatwave. The gorgeous terrace it has, allows one the possibility to relax by reading a book, or having a a drink with friends.

Location is very central. Easy walk to key sights. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Went the extra mile and made the stay special. Breakfast was lovely, rooms were clean and tidy. Will definitely stay here again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
