Lovely clean spacious apartment in a fantastic location for a reasonable price. You won’t find better value. Apartment is well furnished with lots of lovely unique amenities. Even lends you a Fuji camera that print your own photos on. Air conditioned rooms and a kitchen that comes with glasses, pots, pans, kettle, toaster etc. The post card is a nice touch and the TV works very well. You can chrome cast your own Netflix which not many hotel tvs offer. Sheets and bedding are very comfy. No check in needed - just enter the door code. Good support available on WhatsApp if you need any help. I’d recommend staying here

We stayed ten nights. We like staying in areas of more locals than tourists. Bob W is that and yet there is a lot of interests and ease of getting around. There are good cafes and the Mercado across the street has cafes and great shops to buy everything fresh to cook in the kitchen of your apartment. The bed and shower are excellent. Having the clothes washer is brilliant. The apartment is spotlessly clean. Too bad there arent hooks for towels and clothes and a comfortable chair. Arriving and leaving was a downer as the entry and hall is dark and cold and not welcoming. — Being greeted by a friendly and helpful person is worth a lot. Im glad we had the experience but i doubt we’d stay someplace like this again. Was efficient and economical but felt isolating, dystopian.

I loved this incredibly cozy aparthotel and i extended my stay there over and over again! The bed , chairs are incredibly comfortable . The studio is quiet and has everything - from complimentary coffee from local rosters (that smells divine ) and hand painted mugs (so much more impressive than standard ikea mugs) to cork yoga matts and amazing shampoos and home aromas. The location is amazing too and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
