We loved our stay with Bob W in Florence! Everything was sparkling clean and the washing machine with drying function was a bonus! Perfect location but so quiet at night. Open the window in the morning and that was the best view you could have asked for. Bob W also accommodated our special requests for luggage storage. Thank you so much! You made our journey so easy and pleasant.

AMAZING stay!!! This place is a dream!!! Everything is spot on, from the fabulous apartment to the fast and super-available customer service via WhatsApp. They made my boyfriend’s birthday weekend beyond amazing! It’s the spot where they’ve mastered every single detail (including lending you a polaroid to be able to take with you the best memories!). Special shoutout to Natalia, Julie and Matteo, who carefully helped me prepare this amazing surprise. Trust me, this place is worth it!! It was so hard to go back home, I would stay living in Bob W’s appartments for ever!!!!!! Can’t wait to go back to them in another city 😁😁😁😁

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Everything was perfectly clean, exquisite decoration in all rooms, all appliances needed... Location was perfect, 2 mins walking from Ponte Vecchio, and on top of all that, I was proposed in the hotel!!!! I will always remember the stay in Bob W Ponte Vecchio ♥️

Amazing apartment at a great location! The apartment was new and beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything you need for a short stay is provided. Stuff was also really helpful. The Polaroids and the cards and tote bag as gifts really won us!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
