Very nice 👌🏻 it was full of out of the box ideas the room had instant camera to use, yoga mattresses, tote bag if you go shopping, fresh coffee and mocha machine. The bathroom was very nice and big. Overall it was a great experience, thanks!

The apartment was large, clean and at a walkable distance from the main attractions in the city. I liked the yoga room, the stickers, the tote bag, the polaroid, and the high ceiling. It is nice that the bathroom has windows.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and its location near the Duomo was incredibly convenient. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. You could also borrow: a tote bag, a Polaroid camera, a charging cable with multiple adapters. The fact that the doors could be opened using the codes and your smartphone eliminated the hassle of dealing with physical keys, enhancing the overall experience. To top it off, they went the extra mile by providing some nice goodies.

Newly refurbished, clean, and safe.. missing lots of instructions to make guest stay easy and zero face to face interactions which is very difficult to handle for different cultures.. was not able to heat water to drink coffee!! sleeping in the living room was disastrous :( the sofa was not comfortable at alllllll and I have a backache after 2 nights sleep there!! No shops open around after 8pm to buy water or basic needs!! After complaining through messages nobody took any action to rectify the situation.. nice location 15 mins walk to the Duomo..

Great location, the room was spotless and was very comfortable. The staff was really helpful and quick to help us when we had an issue entering the room. Room was exactly as advertised, amazing value for money. If you're in Milan I highly recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
