What a great studio in the heart of London! Cleverly designed and fitted with all you could need for a short or long stay. And they provide fun little extras like a Polaroid camera, yoga mats, and many more! And the customer service was outstanding!!! Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again 🙂

One of the best stays in London so far! ⭐️ The room (booked Comfy Studio for 2ppl) is extremely cute and exceptionally clean. Everyday we just couldn’t stop saying that it’s cute! It definitely had a charm to it. Our room is at the end of the building with the trains as a view, we thought that sound would be a problem but you can’t hear the tracks that much, only ever so slightly. The room is small but provides so much. The service has been great, haven’t used it a lot but since this hotel has no front desk, you can contact them through WhatsApp and their reply times are really quick. They’ll get your issue/queries sorted and answered in no time. Honestly this is quite perfect for those who have social anxiety 🫢 The location is great! It’s just a 10min walk from Tower Bridge and there’s plenty of restaurants/cafes/bars/grocery stores that are also within walking distance. Overall, it has been a great stay so far and we love every part of it.

this place is right next to train tracks with very poor/cheap sound proofing. I complained at the time and was told the last train is 00.35 and offered ear plugs. I was told all apartments have the same level of sound proofing. I wasn't told the first train is 4.58am

If a railway and metroline next to your room isnt a problem for you then this is your hotel. Good value for money for the space you are getting. A full kitchen, sitting area and bathroom all in the room. No reception, but good communication via whatsapp and email. Easy check in/acces via a door code.

Bob W has great apartments and great service. The Tower Hill lcoation is great but the entrance to apartments is in a small alley so when arriving late evening, it is not comfortable as homeless people were sleeping outside the area, and being alone entering did not always feel safe.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
