This hotel was very accommodating to our changing schedules as we planned a last minute trek and an unexpectedly long time here. The rooms and the bathrooms especially were clean and spacious The pool is quite nice, unheated which was good in the 80 degree November weather. some lounge seating and some tables poolside and it was comfortable to sit poolside with your feet in the water. Great views of the mountains. We stayed a week and didn’t really use the restaurant. It has great views and was good for a beer but the wine we ordered had gone bad. Didn’t detract from our view of the hotel but just a heads up. Plenty of local food options nearby.

Travelled with my wife and booked the best suite they had. Overall it was ok, the room was also ok. First there was no hot water and the wave pressure of the jacuzzi was not working. My wife went to the spa and was told to pay there and wasn't given the 20% discount which our package included. Later when we told the reception then they told us we have already paid and they cannot do anything. It is not about the money but that situation should have been handled professionally. I hope they improve that in the future.

The room was not only well-appointed and impeccably clean but also featured thoughtful details that added to the overall comfort. The hotel's amenities, from the fitness center to the on-site dining options, provided convenience and a touch of luxury. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Hotel is in a great location. But not the best for other things. The rooms are a bit dated. The hotel restaurant had a large party in and should have been closed of the rest of the guests. But it wasn't. We waited almost 2 hours for our meals. They forgot one person's meal. We had to leave the restaurant and eat it outside the lift as the party was not monitored or controlled and went a bit mental. We did get some taster meals to keep us happy but it didn't make up for the experience. The food was good when it did turn up. The views from the restaurant is brilliant too.

The first thing that comes to mind when I remember this place is the bad plumbing. You want hot water? Great, scalding hot water from every tap, including the toilet spray, even if you opened the lever for cold water. Hot water too hot? How about only cold water now? Want to flush after doing your business? Hot water constantly flowing through your toilet not allowing you to flush at all. Apart from the bad plumbing, the laundry not arriving on time, having to wait 2 hours for clean towels, WiFi constantly not working, the key card to turn on the electricity malfunctioning every few hours will definitely make you wanna look for other options. The location is a 10 min walk away from anything interesting and doesn't offer any noteworthy views. I suggest looking for somewhere else at the same budget

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
