Very good location in Thames but quiet. Clean rooms and bathrooms (good hot showers). Very kind service and all this for an unbelievable cheap price!

The hostel is pretty new, so some of their services are yet to start. Still, whatever they provide is good enough. The stay is within the budget. Only thing missing was a lift, you have to take the stairs till 4th floor or terrace. The breakfast and other meals are very affordable compared to the pricing standards around. We had an excellent Thakali thali for just 175 NPR and a morning breakfast which consisted of toast, butter, jam, omellete and tea/coffee for 150 NPR. They have a mini bar as well.

The dorm rooms were great and so was the service. Prices were economical, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall I had a decent experience, except for the wifi speed, as it was terrible on the 3rd floor. If you wish to leave early in the morning, it's recommended to check out a night before, to avoid any delays as the reception will be empty sometimes in the early morning.

- the room and bathroom (with hot water) are clean, just wish they have curtains for bunk beds - good location, cheap price for backpackers - the staffs are very friendly, well spoken English and helpful, i really feel comfortable in 3 days staying here.

Located at the heart of the city, location is the key takeaway for this property as all the major attractions are close by including the main thamel street. The rooms were spacious & sufficient for two people. Special mention of staff who were super friendly & helpful. They also have inhouse restaurant which is a plus.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
