Recently stayed and everything was amazing! Everyone was kind to both my wife and I. This is (in my opinion) on the center of Lisboa. The metro is nearby, the restaurants are walking distance, and a lot of shopping stores to check out too. Staff was friendly and was attentive to our needs.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It is beautifully decorated and the hotel staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful! They serve cake and coffee at 5pm and have a little cafe to sit at during the day. I took advantage of the air conditioning and place to have a cup of coffee while looking outside to the beautiful architecture. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

We are staying at this hotel. The 4th floor is an attic and they converted the attic to a few rooms. The elevator goes to the 3rd floor and then steps to the 4th floor. So with the slant of the ceiling you have to climb into the bed from the front. You would have to be under 5 feet to access the bed in a normal way. Also the hotel is located right next to a church that assists African refugees. Expect to see lots and lots of African refugees sitting outside the hotel and immediate area. There are lots of beautiful properties around this area. A terrible experience after using so many beautiful hotels in Portugal on this vacation.

I had great stay here, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast although rather small is of excellent quality, especially the fresh fruit and juices. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that it can be quite noisy outside at night so earplugs are recommended if you’re sensitive to that, but the positive points definitely outweigh this.

Great location and the ensuite rooms is spacious and very clean. The hotel offers 24/7 tea,coffee,fruits, cakes and port wine. The staff are the best, so welcoming and helpful! Especially Isarel, he is always so nice and he know the city well to give recommendations for me. I would definitely come back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
