Location is great for access to the city. The area itself really doesn’t have much to offer. The pictures give the impression of a modern hotel with large balconies. The reality, at least in rooms 604 and 606 (they will be identical to many other rooms) is different. The wooden floors are worn (as well as dirty in our rooms) and the balcony tiny. Street noise is an issue, and even in overcast weather on a crisp summers day the room is very hot - without air conditioning it’s either a very hot room or unbearable noise. Some members of staff were great and attentive. Others really seemed like they’d like nothing more than to be somewhere else.

Clean hotel + nice staff. It is in front of the underground station which takes you to the lovely Old Town within less than 10 min. The hotel has a lovely garden which you can have your drink there peacefully. The price is quite reasonable.

The hotel was pretty sweet with a modern vibe and a really handy parking garage that guests could use for free. We had a tasty breakfast and checking in and out was a breeze. However, it was a bit of a downer when all three reception workers decided to take a smoke break at the same time, leaving us hanging without any help. If they can coordinate their staff better in the future, it'll definitely make things better for guests.

We had a very pleasant stay at Bold Hotel Centrum. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. The hotel is few steps away from underground station (U3 and U6 lines) and is well connected with the old town, central train station and Olympia Park/ BMW museum. Theresienwiese ( for Oktoberfest and Bavaria statue)is approximately 10 min walk. Old town approx 30 min walk.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Rooms have No air conditioner and no fans, so in summer it gets really hot in the room. Wifi does work well and phone signal in room is very poor. Rooms seem nice in pictures but they are just very average. Only pro is the rooms were clean. Walking distance to historic downtown is 30mins.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
