Apartments are very well located, we had the back to the future, the decoration is simple but tasteful, everything new and clean, the kitchen with utensils, even kitchen basics such as oil and salt; The only thing I would point out is that the floor makes a horrible noise so we suffered with every step in case it bothered the people staying below. Good communication at check in.

For 5 days our towels were never cleaned or changed. The floor creaks very much and the neighbors are very disturbing. The rooms are not suitable for 3 people. And the bathroom smells like sewage. The hotel also charged an additional fee.

At n°98, air B&B very well located in Porto close to shops and bus lines, we had no problems with the code locks even if someone in front of us seemed to have had one. The managers answered our questions well and explained the steps to access the apartment over the phone during the day. The apartments are clean, the cleaning ladies are very professional. The negative point is the insulation, you can hear other people in the courtyard talking.

Horrible experience. The access codes they gave us remotely did not work and we were on the street at night and in the cold for three hours. No one attended to us or gave us a solution, they refused to send someone to open the door and we were only able to access because a boy already staying there woke up when he heard noise and came down to open it for us just when the police were already downstairs, whom we called. In fact, that guy told us that the same thing had happened to him but that they fixed it because it was during the day, that is, the accommodation already knew about the problem in advance and no one notified us of anything. Of the three apartments contracted, we were only able to access two, so we had to sleep cramped and without the suitcases that were in the closed apartment. The next day NO ONE even contacted us to apologize, only the cleaning person came to open the door, without further ado. The police filed a complaint against the establishment for malpractice and I plan to continue with it in consumption. The helplessness, helplessness and cold that we experienced has not been compensated in any way, not even with an apology.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
