Would like to say that we did not stay here, but did have mango shakes in the downstairs lobby. That were absolutely wonderful! Freshly made, and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself looks simply amazing, very small boutique style and quaint.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staffs and can speak english. Everyday house keeping. 1-2mins walk to benh thanh market. Good breakfast. Will be coming back to this hotel when i visit ho chi minh again. Thank you to all the kind staffs.

Perfect hotel to stay in when in HCMC. Great location, clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped room (hair dryer, AC, TV, tea/coffee set), very helpful and polite staff, good and quite versatile breakfast (cold cuts, fruits, pho, jams/spreads, etc). Possibility to leave your luggage for a few hours. All you can need during a stay.

I had the twin city view room which was llmore spacious than the rest and great views from the 7th floor. So the room was great. Location was very central close to all must sees in district 1. Downsides: Air con was bad took 1h to cool the room. Breakfast was quite basic : only Vietnamese style with very little choice. Still the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all: just ok

Rooms, services and location are perfect! By foot to everywhere is very short. The people work there are really nice. Breakfast was very good with various options. I had a lovely stay here, and I will absolutely go here again if I’m in Saigon again! Definitely highly recommend !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
