It is a great deal for the price. While the rooms may be a little small, the location is ideal, near a transit station, and the showers are nice and hot with strong water pressure. The window curtains easily block out any light, making the sleeping experience quite comfortable. Service is very kind, and check in & out is very easy.

Great solo room. Stayed in the japanese room and the bed was stiff but sleep able. Great location and only a few minutes walk to the station yellow/green line. Very thin walls though

A cosy hotel in the center of Taipei, which provides decent rooms (with windows of course) The entrance is a bit tricky like most upper level hotel located in an apartment building.

The bed was so comfortable I almost couldn't get out of it. That's what I imagine clouds should feel like. Very good value for the rooms and location. It's pretty close to the MRT station which is convenient. There is a single elevator that goes up to the hotel floor. This floor has a lobby with doors to all the rooms. The rooms are modern and clean. Although the water pump for the bathroom was a bit noisy, it wasn't a big issue.

My Japanese room was spacious. Great location. Nice style in the lobby. Loud though from the streets. Some details in the room could be improved: placements of plugs, the angle of the shower head (no curve). No housekeeping offered for less than a week stay - on this I think it’s less a hotel, more like an Airbnb. During my 1-night stay, there was a construction upstairs - super loud early in the morning into the day, so the staff was kind enough to let me cancel the remaining nights. There was only 1 elevator in the building, which was shared with other restaurants and businesses. Wait time could be long.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
