Stayed here for two nights. Rooms are super clean. Breakfast offers freshly made pho along with other options. Rooms on the front have a nice view of the street in the front and the railway bridge. You can see trains passby. Other rooms dont have any view at all.

The location of the hotel was the best, 5 min walk to train street other that this all the staff members were helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean but the bathroom was not at all good the shower and handles were rusted and did not got a room with bathtub the breakfast buffet had a were limited option but was good that most of them were veg.

I booked City View Suite after reading the comments about less clean standard rooms. The room was extremely spacious and clean. It can easily accommodate three people. The bathroom has a bathtub decent in size but gets quite uncomfortable if you wish to have a quick bath. The people at reception understand english very well and they are very helpful. The only place I feel could have been better is the late check out process. Instead of 12pm, I checked out at 7pm as my flight was late in the evening. I was charged $25 for this additional 7 hrs, which is almost equal to the one day booking amount. Overall great experience though.

We stayed here for 4 nights! Great place for the price. The room was spacious and good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They diligently cleaned the room daily too. They were also very approachable for any help or advise! Breakfast was very good too. Not a huge spread but decent for the price. Being vegetarians we did not have any issues :) Location is great too. Close to everywhere. Did not have to take cabs for my entire stay. The railway street is near but it was not an issue. The frequency of the trains is quite low and the sound is quite minimal in the room.

Hairs and body odour on my bed sheets. Sheets were clearly not changed since the previous guests checked out. Ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag liner as it was past midnight and I was exhausted.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
