The homestay is located in a quiet area close to the old quarter. The family is super friendly and helpful and there are some very cute dogs on the property. Breakfast Omelett and Pancakes are delicious and made to order. The rooms have a sitting area outside to enjoy the peaceful garden. Great for a few days in Hoi An.

We were 2 nights in Bonsai Villa in Hoi An and it was wonderful. Place was very nice and clean. Helpful staff. Nothing was a problem - renting a motorbike, transfers to trips and airport, laundry etc. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. We totally recommend! Just watch out if there's not a flood season.

Run by a charming family, quiet calm place with not many rooms, which are all clean and good sized. Very nice breakfast options, they help with local tips and organizing the tours. Everyone was friendly and helpful at all times, felt at home here.

I highly recommend this place to stay in Hoi An. This local people operated accommodation gives back the real spirit of Hoi An. The people’s behind the lantern. ‘Autumn’ is perfect house lady. Her spouse maintains enormous work the bonsai trees. If you see while he work than you will understand the real mean of enthusiast word. The breakfast is perfect. Of course based on menu selection. Room cleaning on your request.

Really lovely place. The room was huge with two balconies. Super friendly owners and even though there were many people staying here, it was incredibly peaceful and tranquil. Would definitely recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
