The prices vary depending on the day, so I will list the prices when I stayed there. It cost about 5000 yen using Go to. I heard that it had just opened, so I decided to stay there out of curiosity. I think the name Box Hotel is probably because the building is shaped like a box lol. First of all, the staff at the hotel are often kept on hold for room chores, check-in, check-out, breakfast, and answering the phone. It's good for the wait, but I'm worried if it doesn't work after one surgery. The hotel is very simple. The interior and exterior don't cost a lot of money. The room is extremely simple, with no desk, just a bed and a tea set. As a result, it feels unnecessarily spacious. The bathroom and toilet were new and clean. Breakfast was free, so I received a ticket. In exchange for your ticket, you will receive 3 pieces of bread and 1 juice. It's about service. For 5,000 yen, there are better hotels elsewhere, so I guess it's reasonable.

The room is clean and comfortable♪ It's close to Kyoto Station and the bus stop is right next to it, so it's easy to access. There's a Japanese restaurant in front of you and a 7-Eleven on the side, so you can have dinner or late night snacks there♪ There are many restaurants if you just walk a little further ♪ Breakfast will be available from December, so I'm looking forward to using it again on my next work trip.

Accommodation rates vary, and the amount varies depending on the front staff. Breakfast is included for free depending on your stay. No attempts passed In this case, it would be much better to use the nearby Plaza Hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
