Modest accommodation, but everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Lack of soundproofing can be an issue if you like to have afternoon nap and we were not aware there was some Reno taking place while we were there. Having said that, workers were not overtly noisy and all of the service staff so kind and accommodating that we easily overlooked this. Attached restaurant served a nice variety of meals at fair prices. The mango shrimp tacos were to die for!

A simple two-star hotel with a very good location near the beach. The staff are very polite, helpful and very responsive. The breakfast buffet has great potential for improvement. Normal coffee available in the buffet is rather tasteless, but you can order a bit stronger. In general, I am quite satisfied.

Had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. their staff was very accommodating. Apart from you can also try different activities while enjoying the breathtaking views. Breakfast buffet was really nice, they offered variety of food menus.

The room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable king-size bed and a modern bathroom. The staff at this hotel were amazing. They greeted us warmly, checked us in quickly, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit. airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and within walking distance to many shops and cafes.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
