First of all the staff are accommodating. They always greet us whenever they see us, and they're always asking if how's our stay in the hotel. Second, our room is very clean and neat. They all the amenities in the toilet. The view is great because in the balcony you can see the beach.

Our family stayed here for 7 days and it was a very pleasant experience throughout. The hotel was flexible and accommodating to move up our stay due to inclement weather. The staff are courteous and polite. Buffet breakfast was yummy. The location is strategically close to the mall, restaurants and other commercial facilities. Best of all is the beachfront location.

Loved our stay here. All staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. They always greet us with a smile and appear very genuine. The rooms are very nice and stocked with different amenities. We had a problem with animal noise on our second night, but the supervisor was quick to attend to our concerns and moved us to another room as soon as possible. The morning breakfast buffet was pretty good with lots of different selections each day. The nightly entertainment was very nice as well. We listened to the music in our balcony when we felt like having our own space. Music ended at 11pm each night and it didn't bother us that much since we slept late. Swimming pool was also nice and clean. Great for the kids! Great experience overall and would come back here again. Thank you again for such great hospitality. It made our stay very comfortable.

This is a very fine hotel. I stayed in the Mandarin / Juanita suite which was fabulous ! Lots of room and a spectacular view over the sea in the heart of Boracay. The service here is splendid. Israel, the Guest Relations Manager, provided the best service I have experienced in my over 40 years of world travel !! He is a great asset to this hotel which is highly recommended !

The best thing that this hotel has is the staff! Amazing service! Be aware that they charge you for the airport transfer and it’s not included in the price unlike many other hotels in the island that include this service with no additional charge.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
