Nice staff and great location, but the rooms are very old, worn out and empty. There is no refrigerator or place to cook, not even a water kettle..There are even ants filling the place

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay, and the best thing is that this is located right on the beachfront and only a two to five minute walk to the main road. The room was perfect for me and my husband, with enough space to move around and store our belongings. The bathroom was clean and functional with a hot shower. However, they need to improve the ceiling because we can hear the footsteps from the second floor (but it's not that loud and it did not interrupt us anyway), and the wifi is intermittently working but we're able to resolve it because I'm skilled to troubleshoot issues like this so I instructed my husband to teach the helpers how to fix this issue. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall, I would give this budget accommodation a 5-star rating for its excellent value for money, comfortable accommodation, and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again in the future. ❤

The owner is very hands on. She arranged our transfer from the accommodation to the airport. It's a little pricey, I think, but it's ok since we also paid for convenience, plus it's a van transport from Caticlan port to the airport. I didn't like the cats roaming around the place and sitting on the chairs and tables where we were told to eat since they don't allow food inside the room. The AC is not very cold but it has a ceiling fan. They had hot and cold shower and the water pressure is ok, so great! The area in this part of white beach has a lot of seaweeds; and I am not sure of this but we noticed that the waves are bigger as compared to stations 1 and 2, where the sea is calmer. Overall, our stay was ok but could have been a lot better.

This is one of the cheapest beach front resort in Station 3 Boracay. Fan room that is good for 2 costs 1600 per night. Rooms have wifi connectivity. Room is pretty decent, primarily made of wood. If you're on a budget this resort is good for you. You can book through their facebook page, owner of resort is super nice too. They also have hot and cold water dispenser there, take advantage of that since food establishments usually don't have service water. Lastly, you can't eat inside but they have tables just outside each rooms if you want to eat.

One of the finest hotel inn, very simple , clean and ideal for family fun, @ Station 3 you have a full access to the best restaurants, convenience Store, wellness and the best is that you easily have a direct access to to having fun to the Beach to enjoy a complete vacation . Highly recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
