The Hotel is totally different from the pictures, the pool is small and the building too. We arrived we no one helping us with the luggage, and you have to walk from the main road to the hotel because the van is not getting you there. A lot of kids were screaming and jumping in the pool covered with mousse. The lobby is small and we found it wet, even the elevator, and with the floor dirty because of kids eating food on the ground. People were sleeping on the couch next to the counter. Avoid this hotel and station 3, it's just a mess, inside and outside. On the beach there are no sun beds. Plus, even if we changed hotel immediately, we had to pay all because it was considered a no show and i also had to pay for the extra bed of my son even if we didn't spend one single night! My lawyers contact them soon. AVOID IT!

Right on the beach but not ADA accessible whatsoever. You must walk awhile, pulling your luggage through sand to get to the hotel. Not wheelchair accessible as there is lots of stairs to get in and out of the lobby and to rooms. Nice nonalcoholic welcome drink. The pool-side room was nice, but the blaring Christmas rave music from sun up to sun down, not so much. Hard to nap in your room without earplugs stuffed in your ears. The fire dancers were a fun little distraction every evening. Tip them and get a picture! The breakfast buffet was lacking, and the food was not hot that was to be hot, and the food that was to be cold was not cold. The service by the staff was pretty lacking, almost non-existent. Every time we had a question or needed something, staffed acting as if we were bothering them. Didn't like that part at all.

Worried to leave room for too long, strangers keep trying to enter our room. Three times so far today. This is AFTER the standard housekeeping, who were lovely. Seriously, keep your stuff locked in the safe. Rooms are cute, and amenities are nice. The non-stop club music makes me want to kill myself. Note that if you have a pool room. Stop playing the same 5 Christmas club songs, please! I love Rudolph the red nosed bottom, but after 40 plays in a day, I just can't anymore. Forgot to mention the breakfast buffet. There are no sterno heaters on the food, or covers and ice for the cold food. Heat lamps are not plugged in. Use caution.

Location! Location! Location! I booked this hotel after finding out my original booking was not actually beachfront. This place is right on the beach, you have to walk through the sand to get to it...it doesn't get more beachfront/oceanfront than this! It's located in station 3 which is close enough to a lot of the action and shops to explore that comes with staton 1 & 2 but far enough that it isn't too crowded during the busy times. Rooms were clean, bed is super comfortable. Staff is all very nice. I'm so glad I changed to this hotel!

One of the best resort in Boracay! They are friendly, accommodating and helpful, the hotel is clean and they got amazing breakfast buffet menu. It’s always good to be with beachfront hotel, our kids love the pool and the fire dancers at night. I will surely recommend this place to my family and friends. 👌👌👌

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
