        Its a joke😏!!! Its says 4 star but not even 0 its -0,. Wallah we paid almost 1500usd for 2 rooms but not even worth to pay this amount for our room! The bathroom is so old,and dirty,the furniture and the doors are broken, linens and beddings and towel is very old and not hygienic,the bed is not in good condition and there are so many stains and bugs as well, The view is very bad and everything is mess, The lobby smell sewage! The reception are very strict for nothing specially we beg for water and they dont want to provide us,we ask 3 staff and no one response and take action. The good thing only is next to the white beach. So don’t believe in the photo. Everything is bad!

        Great nightlife and sea view with a spectacular firedance and acoustic performance at night! Great for families and friends visiting the area. Food is also pretty okay and priced on par that of its surrouding establishments

        Deluxe rooms are understandable. Comfort is what really matters. I so love their customer service, EXCEEDS OUR EXPECTATIONS. Our family just loves it there. Food is great. The hotel location is just near everything and is perfect for us. Worth a comeback. Thank you so much.

        Nice basic hotel, very will situated in the middle of all the action. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are quiet. It is starting to look a little tired so could be time for a refresh but I’d be happy to go back.

        Boracay is very likely on the bucket list for many Westerners who desire to travel to the Philippine Islands. Boracay is such a wonderful destination, it's hard to go wrong when choosing which hotel. My wife and her family stayed at the Boracay Uptown in 2017 and it was absolutely amazing. The proximity to the beach, shops, eateries, and attractions is ideal. There is nightlife in Boracay as well, but my favorite moment was sipping on an ice cold beer while eating Oysters steps away from the water. The Uptown Hotel was without question an amazing place to stay. The room was so cozy you could almost sleep the entire day away (which we accidentally did because of jet lag)! Breakfast was included daily, and trust me it was an amazing spread. I could go on and on about the level of hospitality and marvelous amenities throughput the property(The pool is amazing). Trust me, the Uptown is an excellent choice for your stay in Boracay!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
