Not sure where should I start , first of all, the location is absolutely far & very inconvenient for visitors who really want to enjoy their stay in Seoul. Second of all , these ppl seating in reception they are above being rude & quit frankly racist. I ask for using toilet after check out & I’ve been told by playing on speakers that toilet has been repaired !!! I am like sooo??? Anyway the next absolute disgrace service I have received was that they could not tell me how to get to airport , dispute their English isn’t good However as hotel receptions I am sure they would understand “ airport “ or “ can you pls book me a bus”. I checked in 11pm & they called me in my room by 11am next day to remind me for checking out. I can clearly say that they are just racist ppl & tbh they are triggers for someone to be racist against them , by the way the looks & …

A very nice hotel with very affordable prices with modern decor. The bed is large and comfortable, and AC and showers are all top-line modern. The hot water might be a bit too hot, but overall all necessary amenities are there. One downside is that the walls are very thin with the hallway noises penetrating through to the rooms. Would stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
