Owners are very friendly and willing to help. Only stayed a night but I wish all the best for them. Room was clean. Everything was good enough. They have offered little snack. Only downside is the location. However, as there are some stairs to the hotel. If you have big luggage, maybe not so easy. But I see they are more than happy to carry your luggage to the room before the stairs.

Van and her husband are super friendly and hospitable hosts who arrange and organize everything you ask them for. Waited so patient for us for check-in and didn't complained about it, allthough we were very late. Rooms are cheap, spacious, comfortable and clean. Great view on the mountain if you are lucky with the weather. Short steep path from the main road to get there but easy to find at all. Looking forward to come back.

We are absolutely thrilled! The hotel has a fantastic location, and the rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. But the best part: The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing views Amazing hosts Great location on the quieter part of Sapa. A bit of inconvenience walking up and down stairs as it could be slippery. The hosts are great and full of information to help you plan your trip here. Can help book tickets if need be.

We stayed 3 nights. Location is very convenient, short walking distance to every point in Sa Pa town. Room was comfy. It was quite cold when we stayed but there is a heat mattress on bed so it was nice. Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. I needed to visit a doctor and they helped with that and even came with us to hospital.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
