The pros: Incredibly good view (my room at least). Quite good space in my room. Nice guests that stayed there. Good location. The cons: Incredibly bland breakfast, just some bread, vegetables, juice, milk, cereal, peanut butter, jelly and some other incredibly bland and basic things. The towels were dirty and had pink spots on them (many spots on different towels). The drinking water(that the staff gave to us guests) tasted like tap water(chlorine). You could also hear someone else talk in their room while you were in your room…. Very annoying. The staff wasn’t very kindly and quiet. The beds were stiff and it wasn’t very nice to sleep in them. The key to the Guest House didn’t even work. And to top everything off, the owner of the place is in UAE, controlling “everything”from there which isn’t ideal and optimal. The “hotel” gets 2 stars since it was actually rooms that you could sleep in and shower. A shared kitchen was also decent and the view was amazing. Overall, not really worth it if you don’t have a strict budget to follow!

Where do I start First off all I’m more than less demanded to get a taxi which was an expense that I I occurred but did not want to do A very long distance from the bus station Upon arrival I found the intercom to be all taped up looked broken Anyway I was met with the most rudest woman that anyone can possibly meet unfortunately it was me She screamed at the top of her voice that she had been there since 7am that’s not my fault anyway I spoke to Mohammed and I told him that she spoke to me as if I was an animal I would give an animal more respect that what she showed me so distasteful to a paying guest I was traumatised to say the least Also she demanded my passport lucky for me I have a photo but decided no way do I want to stay here a minute longer where i am made to feel ab inconvenience The place was getting painted and there were lots of trade workers the place stunk of paint I sadly lost my money which at the least I should have given back as the place is not suitable and should be closed when doing painting not everyone likes the smell of paint I highly dis encourage to use this place it you will be like me left severely disappointed and insulted STEER CLEAR is my best advise

Room was nice though not very soundproof which resulted in hearing the housekeeper watching videos, which is not a crime, unless you do it without headphones but "blast" it through your phone speakers. Besides that the housekeeper was friendly. Wouldn't recommend the option with breakfast because it's bland and has no variety in it. Location is very good.

The location and price are very good. The main problem was with the noise in the morning. The house lady/ladies started watching videos without headphones or called their friends quite loudly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
