Insect bites at night. Dump landfill along the building (you can see from the rooftop) with grey water odors. Extreme moldy odor coming from the shower siphon and fumes reflux from grey water. Bathroom hardware is not clean (the handle was sticky). The floor is not clean. Bedsheets are stained. Towels are old. The breakfast provide you with cheap fake orange juice, bad coffee, oversweet local tea, fake honey (sugar sirop) and else. Decoration is completely doubdful. The room is too dark. Dusty lighting. High price. Not even a bottle of water provided. For me this place is unhealthy and it is not worth to risk your health.

It's been a while in a 2-star hotel (raid). Yes, the paint was coming off the wall in places. However, the place was super clean and tidy. As I was staying only 3 nights and out most of the time, it was a great choice of raids. The staff, the young lad called Emre, was just fabulous, very friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind. If you have any questions, he will let you know the best places to go, eat etc. He can speak in a couple of languages also. The French lady was really nice too, shame she couldn't speak English (and a shame I couldn't speak French). Maid service was done each day even for 3 nights stay. The shower was a little small in my room. I was on the bottom floor, and when new arrivals came in during the night (some Americans) were speaking loud outside my door, but didn't spoil my time. On the top floor, you can have breakfast, lunch etc, sunbathe too on the rooftop. The breakfast was good too. Thry slso do dinner, which you will need to book a couple of hours in advance. It's about a 5 min walk to the medina. The area was quiet. They will print your boarding pass, and contact your transport/transfers if it is a marrakech number. I would stay here again. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at this Riad. The location is great and good to find again in the many small streets of Marrakesh. Breakfast was good, the suite we had was specious and very clean. The roof top terrace was always lovely. The owner is very friendly and helped us a lot. The only negative point was that our private bathroom didn't have a door which was a little uncomfortable for us.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. I was offered tea and freshly cut melon upon my arrival and given a choice of rooms. The room was comfortable (relieving aircon for the summer months!) and the Riad was beautiful, peaceful and airy. Excellent location - within just a short walking distance to the souks and great restaurants in the Medina and a taxi-rank for easy access to Gueliz. The signposts and directions emailed to me by the staff were really helpful for finding the place in the slightly confusing network of derbs. Excellent value for money! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Riad walk away from all tourist attractions in Marrakech. Warm welcome with mint tea. Good cleanliness and comfortable beds, that’s all you need for stay in this city! The added character and beauty makes this riad even better. Hasan was a kind and accommodating host. Catered for all needs, couldn’t have asked for more.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
