Me and my partner booked the sea view villa for just short of a week and it was perfect. ALL the staff from start to finish were really helpful and welcoming. The only downfall I would say and I can only speak for my villa is, the bathroom doesn’t close off from the outside so gnats were constantly in our bathroom and would easily come into our villa. The hotel does provide you with an outdoor scent which only really worked of a night time. Other than this I genuinely cannot fault the hotel. We would stay here again. We recommended hiring a motorbike to get anywhere, next door have good reliable motorbikes, they are nice people and they have a lovely friendly dog to say hi too! Overall highly recommend this place 😊

Loved this place. Beautiful views and spacious rooms. I only gave 3 stars for the room because the shower wouldn't drain and they shut off the water 3 times without telling us. They did offer us to move rooms but we had already settled in and didn't realize the water issue would be a nuisance. Food in cafe was tasty and not to pricey. Overall great stay.

The view from the room was amazing. The shower didn't drain well. The shower heads were not working ( spraying all over the place) so they had to fix that. Then when we came back late the first night the the water to our room was turned off. And no gave us notice about it. Or even seemed to care when I brought it up the next morning. Food at the restaurant was good. And if you are staying there they give you 20% off you restaurant and bar bill. With all being said we would definitely book this place again requesting room 3 at the top of the stairs tho. P.S almost forgot the infinity pool was really nice also. P.S.S. this review was approved by my wife before posting!

I just recently had a short 3 day visit and it rained every day. The staff were as good as I remember from my last visit tho, all super friendly and helpful. We loved the vibe at night and ended up eating at Dr Frogs all 3 nights, and was excellent every time. It is clear that a lot of attention to detail is given here and the staff are very well trained. Loved it and I will be back

Pretty decent hotel with a cracker view. Our aircon broke down on the first night - was a nightmare for 4 hours but they ended up fixing it. Lizards and mosquitos everywhere (but that’s Thailand) They gave me a free ice coffee for that 😂 Took it anyway. We only stayed here a night until our other place was ready up the road.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
