WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Very dirty room, broken window, immovable mosquito net and broken window frame that did not close. Fire alarm system disarmed (said by them). Double bed sheets and blankets covered half of the bed. Other bed with dirty sheets. Musty smell coming from dirty carpet. Bathroom with dirty faucets and dirty shower curtain. Very old furniture. NO ELEVATOR. Dirty carpet of the stairs to reach the rooms. Poor breakfast. I have sent a complaint to the property but have not received any response from them. TO AVOID AT ALL

This is my 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. I have stayed 4 nights and I would be very likely to recommend this hotel to others looking for lodging in Baku during their trips. The location is absolutely great which is located conveniently on Uzeyir Hajibeyov Street in Baku. It is about a 5 minute walk from Baku Boulevard, and about 10 minutes to the old city. The staff were all very professional, helpful and friendly and I have to thank them especially Adnan and Karim who helped me a lot throughout my stay there. They were available to answer any and all questions with a knowledgeable response and provided top-notch services. Very decently priced with a great breakfast too and easy to have a good sleep as it was quiet at night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
