WARNING!!! ⚠ - THERE ARE THIEVES IN THIS HOTEL!!!! My wife lost her jewellery (3 pieces of bangles) from our room, when I complained to the hotel manager I received a response COLDER THAN THEIR BREAKFAST! The room was tiny and walls are thin, you can hear murmurings of people talking (along with other uncomfortable noises (If you know what I mean)) from adjacent rooms. Dead WiFi which is often disconnected automatically!! I wonder who approved this Hotel as a Four Star when it is pretty below standard!! Think twice before choosing if anyone value their privacy and belongings! Only good thing about my 4 night's stay here was the location, you can witness the great Caspian sea and go for a walk through the shores ..

An agency reserved me a room in this hotel based on their "?fake ratings?", This is not a hotel by any means, the view was terrible and the smell was awful, I requested to change the room as I thought it was the only one smelling bad, but I was wrong, the second one smelled as bad as the first. My wife and I couldn't withstand it and we immediately booked a room in another hotel. Please do not fall for the fake reviews. Attached is a photo of the view from the room window

Good hotel with fair prices. Location isn't too bad, just a little hidden. Very clean hotel rooms with all comfort necessary, good impression over all, breakfast buffet is inviting and provides a sound choice of various foods. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, they also all understand English and are available 24/7. I can definitively recommand this hotel for a stay in Baku, especially if one is looking for a hotel away from the double as expensive 5 star hotels!

I chose Boulevard Side Hotel on my first ever trip to Baku with my wife. The hotel is quite nice and located at a great place within the city where everything is easily accessible and approachable. However, the room service was below average and the wifi did not worked at all. Prices were good when I booked.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
