This hotel was located in a great location! Close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were very clean. Carlos from maintenance was extremely helpful and so nice. We had issues with the outlets since my blowdryer would not work even with the converters. He went out of his way to find a solution. Also, Nicolas from the breakfast buffet was so accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. I asked if I could take breakfast to my grandma one morning since she could not make the buffet so he actually made her a tray and took it up to her personally. Only suggestion I have is to change the menu on the TV since those items don't match the actual menu that is available. This hotel was located in a great location! Close to shopping and restaurants. I spent six days at the hotel. The room was more like an apartment! I appreciated the expansive views of Santiago and the wood floors. The fixtures are showing their age but it was enjoyable nonetheless. The front desk staff spoke English and were helpful. I was greeted warmly at breakfast and enjoyed the variety of offerings. The location was excellent with an enormous park and excellent shopping and dining within walking distance. I hope to return.

The room has a great view. All the facilirlties are so old. Only has three holes type sockets. Air conditioner is not strong to cover the afternoon sunshine. The stove in the kitchen does not work. The whirlpool in the bathroom burned out during the working.....

I m here for the quarantine caused by the COVID19, I have no opportunity to enjoy all facilities of the hotel, however I want highlight the kindness of the staff, who is very friendly and helpful for whatever you need in so difficult moment. A big congratulations to all of them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
