Lovely hotel, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The hotel features classic high ceilings, nice decor throughout and a well designed bathroom with a large bathtub. Would fully recommend this hotel for a short city break. Only a few minutes walk from the metro station with easy access to the old town and the main line railway station.

The hotel is nice and amazing and four rooms have a joint space to relax and enjoy and the view around the hotel is quite loving and also the amazing views of Marjanishvili. The room was very clean, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was free and it was very surprising. Wifi was free and fast. The balcony view is just stunning. Friendly staff and free coffee. Very cozy and well maintained place. Awesome hotel. Located in a great location with a lot of cafes/restaurants. Close to metro station and railway central station. With great value for money it is great value for everything in the hotel. Amazing hotel in the heart of Old Tbilisi with very interesting interiors. The hotel is located close to the Marjanishvili metro, nearby there are all the necessary shops and cafes. I highly recommend the place to book and relax with the view of Old Tbilisi.

Amazıng hotel ın the heart of Old Tbılısı! Rooms are cozy, clean wıth very ınterestıng ınterıors. The hotel ıs located close to the Marjanıshvılı metro, nearby there are all the necessary shops,cafes, restaurants and servıces! The Hotel staff was very frıendly, helpful and socıable, for whıch Thank you very much!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
