The rooms were very clean when we arrived. The staff was friendly and very attentive during breakfast. The breakfast tasted very good and their coffee machine made good coffee. The location isn't in the best part of town. But I had no problems walking around at night. Overall great experience, I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Munich.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The location is great; it’s on a street in the middle of Munich. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfortable mattress. The bathroom was quite luxurious. However, it was a bit noisy during the night as I could hear the neighbors and some type of water pipe running down the wall or drain. The breakfast was a little disappointing, with not a lot of choices. Overall, I will probably come back as the staff were really nice and helpful.

Very good location and value for money. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. P.S. Don't get discouraged by the ignorant comments of "unsafe location". The whole area is full of delicious Arabic and Turkish stores and restaurants. Never experienced a problem, anytime of the day/night. I can only recommend it.

Overall satisfied. From booking it was more attractive compare to the reality but Room is ok, clean and modern style. Breakfast buffet is simple but with everything. Staff serving the brackfast is very kind and welcoming! Hotel is located 15 min walking distance to the city center in a lateral Street nearby. Service is very standard: No restaurant, no gym. Just a small bar that serve drink. For a short stay it was fine!

Rooms, food, location and most staff are absolutely fantastic. What I didn't like is the game played by your check in staff when we arrived. I will be writing to you about it. Not sure if he being Afghan was being racist towards a brown person or this is just who he is. Germany and Germans are my favourite across the globe so he really unnerved me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
