This is our third hotel in Switzerland. We came here for honeymoon, we emailed and requested for honeymoon complimentary service and they said they have something for us but when we got to our room, there was nothing prepared. We didn’t expect much but we were excited to see what they’ve prepared as this is our first time in Interlaken. Second, there were 4 flies in our bathroom , we had to call at 8pm and they had to send someone to check the bathroom and later on vacuum!!! Third, the thermostat in the room is warm so my husband wanted to adjust but they cannot seem to find a way to fix the issue. They told us to just open the windows if we are hot in the room. This hotel is not what we expected for our honeymoon. The hotel is close to trains so you can hear the trains everytime it passes by. Bad experience. I suggest booking another hotel nearby. PS- water pressure in the shower is wonderful hence the 3 stars.

we found the staff to be extremely friendly and cooperative. The hotel is located in an ideal situation right next to the river with beautiful views from our balcony. It is a short walk to the main shopping and several excellent restaurants are located minutes away. The rooms are clean and modern. We appreciated the daily refreshing of drinking water. The hotel breakfast is exceptional and the staff outstanding we were definitely come here again.

Fabulous hotel. Small but beautifully situated near the lake with views of both the lake and mountains. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Prices are fair. Free water and fruit for guests. Easy checkout and check in.

Vacation in July. Incredible views. Very polite and helpful staff Especially Salvatore, and the two ladies at reception and one other gentleman-pardon me for forgetting their names. Had top floor river view rooms. Excellent. As an Indian the presence of bidet in the washrooms was a very pleasant surprise. Bicycles for borrowing very nice touch. Washer and dryer services extremely helpful. Limited European breakfast but very tasty. Very walkable from everywhere in the city. Best possible experience

Fantastic hotel. Every room has a balcony with awning and view of the river. The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. It may seem silly, but that shower is the best of any hotel I've ever been to - I can take a piping hot showers and the 'rain' shower head is more like a torrential down pour. HIGHLY recommend you stay here. Picture is from our balcony.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
