Two nights here and would recommend any short stays. The hotel lobby and bar area are nice and the staff were helpful enough. The rooms are small but well enough equipped: kettle, coffee machine, miniar, slippers. Although no dressing gown. The shower was powerful which is always nice. The towels were a bit like sandpaper though. There was heating in the room but I actually never used it, it never seemed too hot or too cold inside. A few things that let the place down though: 1. Noisy! The room was very loud. I could hear everything outside in the corridor and next door: people talking, doors sliding and footsteps walking around. Even the sound of the safe opening/closing next door. 2. Service: I asked for milk for the coffee one morning over room service. The guy on the phone said he would bring it up… but it never appeared. Very disappointing. 3. Room could have been a bit cleaner. There was visible dust gathered in the corner. Some USB ports in the room would be a great upgrade going forward. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Just had three nights at the hotel. Can highly recommend. The room, although not huge, was really well appointed, lots of storage, and CLEAN! Bathroom had extras all to hand; hairdryer and magnifying mirror- so useful. I had breakfast there only on the last day, because others in the group recommended, and they were right, lots of options and really good price if not already paid for. But its main asset is its staff. They were all so helpful, even when 10 women of a certain age couldn't decide on what cocktails to have in Happy Hour. We loved the hotel and will be back. Oh, and the location is excellent! Thanks for a great stay.

Great location, good facilities and staff are fairly helpful depending on who you speak too. However, the hotel doesn’t have have double duvets for double beds!!! You don’t get a good nights sleep because the cleaners are VERY noisy in the morning all you can hear is hoovers and banging around, I was woken up early every morning. This dropped my rating by 2 stars which is a shame because it’s a decent room in a good location in the city.

Very clean and staff very friendly. Rooms are comfortable, we had a double room. Bed was large with two single duvets. Bathroom was very clean and a good shower! Safe in the room and wardrobe space. Snacks and drinks available in the room for an extra cost bit few shops around where you could buy your own if you’d rather. Good walking distance to most things however there were a few things at the opposite end of the city centre that we often wanted to go to so was a 25 minute walk most days but you could easily get teams/buses if you’re not up for the walk. Very close to Gellert baths and the Market Hall plus high street. Also easy to reach by 100E bus from the airport.

I am pleased that I picked this hotel as it was in a good location, easy walking to the popular tourist spots. Room was on the smaller side but really comfortable and clean with a good shower also. I don't believe the AC was particularly effective but as I visited in November I did not need it.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
