I had a terrible experience at a previous accomodation so had not slept a wink the night before I checked in here. I was desperate for a clean, air conditioned quiet room. The host on at the time (Barbara) took one look at me and allowed me an early check in so I could sleep. She was so nurturing and reassuring. I was so happy with the room as it was super clean, air conditioned and I slept so so well. We had a minor issue with a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom- they tried their best to remedy this and did offer a room upgrade when one became vacant. Will definitely be back - great staff (Barbara and Maria), rooms and location. Nothing was too much for them. They were so helpful.

Hotel del Corso goes beyond the great cost-benefit for its style and location in Florence historic center. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of an incredible building. The whole staff of Hotel del Corso is very kind, profissional, and helpful - got lots of helpful information before our arrival. We had two rooms. Both rooms and bathrooms are of good size (I would say "big" considering the usual in Italy), very clean, neat, and pleasant. There are espresso coffe, tea, water, and biscuits available 24h for the guests at no charge which is quite unusual now-a-days. I will surely stay at Hotel del Corso next time I visit Florence, and do recommend it to everyone!

All the personal were very kind and tried to help me with any request. However, I don’t think it is a good option: 1.) I don’t know why they don’t separate the photos of the existing options they have. It make me believe we had two different rooms but “the second room” was the living room and in there it was also the other bed (in the photos it makes you believe is distributed in two different rooms beside the living room). There was not a door to separate the rooms and that is what I wanted. The room with the main bed was very little and the living room was “huge”. Personally I like more a bigger room to sleep than the living room. 2.) it has special windows to block the noise but is not enough. You can hear the noise outside and is difficult to sleep (even though I’m Not a person that wake up with the minimum noise). Also if you are tired the bell of the Duomo will sound at 8am so you won’t be able to sleep more than that hour. I recommend to take earplugs otherwise will be difficult to sleep. 3.) if you are carrying lots of luggage you have to take it to the first floor to use the elevator. I know this is advertised in the announce but it result very uncomfortable and hard to take them up.

Very hard beds and the pillow was thin. The rooms were smaller then in the pictures and descriptions. Bathroom was not ok.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
