Highly recommended hotel, we were a little worried when booking about how close it was to the train station, but turns out it was nothing but a blessing! Room has triple glazed windows and seals out all the noise, barely heard a whisper our entire stay. Bed was comfy, had all the facilities you’d need. Wonderful location too, basically on top of the central trains station, and an Aldi 2 minutes away. Perfect location, good rooms, easy entry.

The best thing is the location, near the train station. The check-in is self-made with a very slow process and just one terminal, so at 2:00 pm, there is a line to self check in. Some of the staff in the bar (it is also the reception) is very rude. The room was good and nice, but the double bed was 2 very narrow mattresses with space between them and the pillows slim as a blanket.

We had a corner room which meant we had a bigger room than most which was wonderful. The hotel was incredibly unique and beautiful. They have a little Cafe on the bottom floor with incredibly kind staff. This is a self check in hotel and early check in was not possible because of this. I wish there was an employee around where I could ask questions. The location was excellent, next to the major railway and christmas markets.

Room was decent size and location is great if you need to be near the train station. Negatives are the shower head was broken, there was hair on my clean towels, the hot water was luke warm at best. The self checkin also didn’t have any room keys and you cannot WhatsApp the number, only call which for international travellers is pointless. The bar staff also don’t help and we waited about 45 mins trying to get in contact with the hotel before somebody arrived.

Perfect location to be close to the train and bus station. Self-check in was fine, although there’s only one machine to do this and the process takes a few minutes on the tablet. Our Deluxe Double was spacious. The shower/bathroom design was poor and impossible not to get water all over the floor. Staff at the nearby sister hotel were polite and helpful when I reported a missing TV remote, sending someone over to provide a new one (I then found the original so we had two 😅) It would’ve been nice to have been provided milk to make tea/coffee.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
