We stayed 4 nights in Hotel Khokhobi, very warm welcome, efficient check in, excellent English, our room had a large roof top terrace with a stunning view over old town and bath houses, comfortable and very clean, air conditioning, great shower, quiet, wonderful night skyline.Fantastic location. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, egg dishes cooked to order. Best place to stay. Thank you team Khokhobi for a most memorial stay in Tbilisi

When we walked through the doors at 1am, we were greeted with smiles! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean and we were a short walk away from everything we wanted to do! Breakfast was fantastic! An amazing place where we were made to feel special! HIGHLY recommend!

We stayed for 10 nights at this place, the location is ideal to go anywhere, but the hotel is surrounded by pubs and the loud music was played until late night(12-3 am). The staff is friendly. The breakfast was almost the same every day and not so tasty. Rooms are small . The daily cleaning was average.

It’s an amazing hotel where I spent ten nights. The staff were generally hospitable and easy to talk to. Everyday since 8 a.m. they offered nutritious and delicious breakfast for its guests. It was conveniently situated in the old town where there’re loads of sulphur bath/ hot springs nearby. One could readily walk up to the mountain consisting of the Mother of Georgia statue from the back alley. What’s more, I was so lucky to be assigned a room with balcony overlooking the whole Tbilisi. The view was truly spectacular. All in all, it’s a wonderful hotel that’s worth visiting.

We stayed for 5days with my boyfriend and such a nice hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. the view was amazing while we're taking our breakfast 😍😍 it's an added to our breathtaking. also for the record the hotel was beside of the tourists spot is such kinda proud.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
