Had a wonderful four-night stay here last week. The keys to my room were left on the reception desk when I arrived which was a nice way of doing it. I didn't have to check-in until the next morning which was quick and easy. The room I was staying in was massive and had a very rustic/traditional Latvian feel to it. Floorboards were a bit creaky, but I was okay with it. The bathroom was spacious and was topped up with clean linen everyday. The windows were also huge, however the curtains for the windows weren't dark enough and were also too short to go across the entire length of the windows which meant that a lot of light came through at night. Thankfully, the bed was super comfortable, possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on, so I still mostly managed to sleep well during my stay. Also, despite being located in the Old Town, pretty much the centre of Riga, there was very little-to-no noise whatsoever at night outside which was fantastic for me as I am a light sleeper. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, they could definitely benefit from having more to offer to guests. Although the staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Wi-Fi was also very fast and reliable. Very happy that I chose this hotel especially considering how much cheaper it is compared to it's nearby bigger competitors. Thank you again for the amazing stay.

This hotel was everything we expected. Great value, friendly owners and staff, lovely breakfast with many options, and the location is prime. Our room was very clean and the windows were beautiful. Couldn't be happier, would highly recommend.

Stayed at Boutique Hotel Kristofs for a quick weekend away to Riga, wish I could have extended my visit. The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly, suggesting local events that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. The breakfast was fresh and a very good deal, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location, centrally located to the canal and all Old Town attractions. I will be staying there again and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
