Amazing boutique hotel. Can only recommend it. This place still has charm and soul which is hard to find nowadays. Each room is beautifully decorated with its own twist. Brand new bathrooms. Price-value is outstanding on the rooms and on the tasty breakfast!

We got NYC room, large enough, big bathroom, very clean and well maintained, good lightning, comfy bed. It's a old house well restored, with a nice bar. The staff is friendly. Right next to Forum, and 6min. to Subway. Very clean and safe area!

PROS Hotel is directly across the street from Octoberfest so the location cant be beat. The young man at the from desk when we arrived was very nice and helpful. On the day we arrived, he recommended a nearby restaurant that turned out to be one of the best experiences of our stay. The rooms were small, clean and charming. Bathrooms were new and updated. We were also able to get a 50% discount on the parking garage next door which was a huge plus. CONS Like others have mentioned, the hotel turns into a night club after hours. The party goes well into the morning hours (2-3AM) and the music is noticeable in the rooms (especially if you're a light sleeper). We were unaware of all this when we booked. Perhaps that was our fault for not researching better, but its not something we have ever experienced when staying at a hotel. We also paid an extra charge for breakfast (€10 per day, per person), but the breakfast appeared to be complimentary when we came down each morning. No one verified we had paid so we kinda felt we had been "tourist taxed". The breakfast was also very light; fresh thinly sliced meats & cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurts, and small croissants (it was all very good). Nothing hot or cooked to order. Overall we had a great experience, and the hotel definitely created some lasting memories that our group will be talking about for a long time.

Very lovely hotel close to the city centre. Room was amazing and cleaned daily. There was a tower fan available in the room which was much needed and appreciated in the heat of early September. Amazing service from all staff members. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of products to choose from. I was a bit worried prior to the visit as my German is a bit rusty, but everyone was helpful and patient and all members of staff spoke English - me and my partner felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel is close to the Oktoberfest site, a metro station and around 20 minute walk to the city centre. A small shopping centre with a fast food restaurant and two supermarkets is right around the corner. There's also a lot of restaurants nearby.

What a wonderful appointed place with amazing design combining the old, the new and exquisitely curated art. We had the island themed room & my daughter said - feels like back home in Bali. The bathrooms are exceptionally high-end for a boutique hotel & the location is perfect, close to the city but not loud (except maybe on Oktoberfest…). Thank you for a wonderful experience, even if for one night only.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
