We stayed at the hotel Manufactura around the Holiday Season for three nights. The atmosphere and the first impressions were great: helpful staff, modern foyer and staircase beautifully decorated with pleasant music playing in the background. Overall, we had a positive experience and managed to explore the city on foot since the hotel is located very close to the Rike Park, Old town and some other popular sights.

The hotel is just amazing. The views from the rooms is spectacular. Service is excellent and the old Tbilisi vintage style is perfectly combined with modern style. Dishes are delicious and stuff is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Cozy hotel on a quiet street in the old town. Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfasts. The location of the hotel is great, close to the subway, supermarkets, restaurants. Sights are within walking distance.

Quirky hotel in an interesting area of Tiblisi. However there are some issues: Firstly there don't appear to be any elevators so I had to carry my suitcases up and down the stairs or call for assistance. Secondly, the bed was much too soft, but that is a matter of taste. However, possibly the worst aspect of the hotel was, when we were checking out, instead of asking whether we had enjoyed our stay, the man at reception said that he needed to check our room to make sure that we had not taken or broken anything. This is not the attitude one expects from a high end hotel.

First of all the location is great in the old city. The rooms are very nice, with great shower. The hotel is new, clean and tastefully designed. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was perfect! Very tasty and fresh. Would definitely recommend this place !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
