Location is not good for first time its difficult to find hotel. 65 $ for 1 day in room for 2 persons is not expensive. No elevator in hotel. Personnel is good. They have only one terminal which refused payment by international VISA card, which is working everywhere in Tbilisi. They Accept only local VISA/MC cards TBC or Bank of Georgia. Be ready to pay by cash.

I booked this hotel through Expedia a couple of months ago, but luckily I decided to log into my account and check my booking before leaving for the trip, I noticed that my booking has been cancelled by the hotel, and they didn't even bother to notify me, very frustrating. Avoid this hotel at all costs as they cannot be trusted.

A really good hotel overall. Being opened for only 2 months, I believe they are heading towards the correct direction. Rooms are great, air condition works perfect, shower works great, the hotel staff are really kind and willing to assist you with anything (specially the hotel owner). The location might seem a little odd but if you appreciate silence and tranquility, then you'll like it. If I had to mention some cons, I would say that the walls are really thin and could hear conversations of other guests staying in the rooms next to me, and the breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety (although reasonable due to the size of the hotel). I'm sure that with time, everything will adjust accordingly (Offer lunch and dinner options, laundry service, etc...)

Very nice boutique hotel. Perfect for couple. Breakfast was good, but choice was limited. Reception was very kind. Location is perfect. If you go outside you will find restaurants everywhere and it is easy to travel to city center.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
