        I can not understand who has given 4 stars to this hotel!.. in greece it should be less than 3! the smell of the bathroom, the cleaningless of the room the dirty pillows, the dust all over the room, and the most dirty place for breakfast with a poor dirty gloves servant make us run out and having coffe nearby! if you see the coffee machine you realise that hasnt been cleaned for decades etc.Three nights and they havent changed linen . The sofa that my kids were trying to sleep smells cigarette smoke and mould.. if therewas a control from the state of roma for syre they should loose at least one star and a penalty forcleanliness! only the location is good but stilli don suggest that hotel to noone with family

        This hotel is centrally located to many of Rome’s gems, but if you want a good night’s rest I would avoid staying here! We could not believe how much noise (garbage trucks, glass shattering, general commotion) went on until after 3:00 am and then began again around 6:30 am. It was nearly impossible to sleep. The room was simple, but overall clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the noise outweighed the positives we could note during our stay with this hotel.

        I am a Travel agent who had a client stay at this hotel and have been left extremely disappointed. The client was forced to leave the property early as the mold was so bad after just 1 night that he was becoming sick! When he addressed the hotel about it there was no offer to move him, refund him or correct the issue at all. They happily checked him out early and kept the money for the full stay which was booked despite the room being inhabitable. The Hotel have not responded to any attempts of communication from myself or the client and have continued to completely disregard the level of mold within the property. I would STRONGLY advise AGAINST staying at this property as it is a health risk and extremely run down.

        Absolutely the best hotel we’ve been to! There were 10 of us we stayed for several nights! The hosts showed great hospitality! One of us got sick had to be transported to hospital, hosts provided all the support, attention and care! We are truly grateful for their help! The location is the best possible - the heart of Rome. The venue is clean and cozy! Absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Rome! And once again thanks to the hosts for their warm welcome and hospitality!

        My experience here is not that good, unfortunately the AC is not cool enough, the room is very very small, and the room’s smell is’t good. Bed, tables and all other furnitures are very old, the issue is the price is high!! breakfast is very limited. The positive side of the hotel is the location.
