A fabulous hotel, located in a privileged location, in the historic center of the city. The hotel has a nice decoration and the common areas are very well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable and well air-conditioned, perfectly insulated. Good breakfast and better service. Absolutely recommended to spend a few days in Zurich, for work or pleasure.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Asking for towels, to have your bags retrieved or anything to make your stay more enjoyable goes without a response, especially from the young woman working reception. The manager seems to be far more competent. The rooms are way too hot with no temperature control. We couldn’t leave the window open due to it being in the smoking patio. Obviously we didn’t know much about the property prior to booking but it would not be on my recommendation list.

I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel! It's perfectly situated in a quieter part of old town and an easy walk to almost everywhere in Zurich. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly to us (I had a group of eight guests). We all had the Family Rooms which are HUGE by European standards (especially in a vintage building). bathrooms are s bit tight....but perfectly usable. Excellent breakfast too. Just one note....Ask to stay in one of the renovated rooms. Bravo Wellenberg.... well done!

Overall this was a wonderful hotel. This was the first stop on our honeymoon and an amazing start. The location of this hotel could not be better, you are right in the middle of a busy square with amazing shops and restaurants all around. The hotel is in the heart of Old Town Zurich. The staff was friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was great. You can sit out on this beautiful patio to eat which was nice. The rooms are standard but very clean. Only thing was a noisy air conditioning unit. Otherwise a fabulous stay.

Mold should not be on your itinerary, and this hotel does not warrant all the positive reviews. You / we deserve better. Adding clear photos of these poor moldy conditions so future travelers can make better informed decisions.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
