I'm mixed on this one. Very clean and close to the train station. The room is sterile and the air conditioner barely worked. We were uncomfortable and you can't leave the window open because our room faced the street where people are yelling and so much noise. Drug addicts laying in the sidewalk and groups of people that made walking around uncomfortable. Shower is odd and sprays all over the bathroom. We left the key in our room so the AC would stay on. Housekeeping took the key and the room was so warm again when we returned. Beds were comfortable. Nice pillows. Great Italian restaurant next door with the best pizza. Coffee machine in lobby only works a little. Desk agent was nice and helpful. Price was good for 2 nights

The name of the lodgement is not representative of the people who is working and managing. The neighborhood is quite dangerous and we suffered damage on our car. We asked before where to park to the reception, and they answered literally “i dont have car”… We slept in a not double bed, that wasn’t comfortable at all. In the morning there was flood in the shower that was awful and we had to manage to avoid problems to the fridge and stuff… any grateful word from the staff. We had a bad experience there. The city is nice and beautiful.

Good location, most things you will want to do are within walking distance. The man at reception wasn't very pleasant. I asked if there was a coffee machine, which he then pointed to and watched me begin to use it. About half way through it was clear that the machine was working properly at which point he told me (with a look on his face that would suggest I was being stupid) that there was no milk in the machine! The temperature of the room was an issue. Cold outside on the streets yet extremely warm inside the room. The shower randomly turned on one night at 3am. And then later on that morning despite us having the do not disturb sign on the door someone let themselves in, and quickly let themselves out when they realised we were sleeping. The room itself appeared nice and modern. Wouldn't stay again.

If you like to stay in the Bahnhofsviertel (close to main train station, lots of cafes and restaurants) then this is the place to be. I know that there are lots of shady people running around the station, but not more than in any other city and the hotel was sufficiently away (400m) from it. I found the rooms large and modern and the service very friendly and supportive. The breakfast is definitely worth having. The only thing I didn't like was that the handyman and the cleaner knocked once and then entered the room before I reached the door. A bit more time to provide privacy would be appreciated.

Nice hotel. Staff were nice and accommodating. Rooms are nice. Bathroom is covered in shower scum. Otherwise it’s good. Close to the central station.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
