Stayed here for 3 days in Rome. Location is quite accessible to all tourist attractions, major breakfast places, nearest bus stop is 5 mins walk considering the cobblestones! The staff were very friendly and helpful! I reached the hotel quite late but still they left me a note and keys, etc for a hassle free checkin, no questions asked. Only drawback is the room was too small to accommodate 2 people’s luggages, also the shower was separated from the washroom, this was a little inconvenient. Else everything was perfect!

Reception were friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located and is very cutely decorated in a old roman fashion. The hotel has a sauna and small pool that can be privately hired at an additional charge (no non-private access option). This was a welcomed indulgence as we had spent the prior days camping. The room was nice, clean and cosy. Only criticism is the hair dryer. It's one of those old public pool hair dryers that lightly blow air and require you to hold the button down throughout the entire use. Having long thick hair this took some time and effort. The room was a little bit noisy in the evening and also there was a floor level light that we couldn't work out how to turn off. Overall I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely go back (...with a hair dryer).

Great location, lovely service, nice rooms The hotel is down a relatively quiet lane near to Piazza Navona, The receptionist, prior to our check in, sent us details of how to gain access to the hotel and other information via WhatsApp, this was really handy incase we had to arrive later on in the evening. We booked the private spa (€50) and had the full 1h30m even though we arrived 10 minutes late, Very relaxing and enjoyable with hot drink and refreshments to hand. Onto the room, The room was spacious, modest shower room, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lane. The bed was large and comfortable (slightly on the firm side) with a decent size smart TV that you can easily sign into your personal streaming services. WiFi was quick enough for us too. The only downsides were the amount of lights that you had to try and figure out how to turn off, the curtains didn't blackout the room from the street light outside and finally that the room soundproofing wasn't of great standard as you could hear clearly the other guests, luckily they were pretty quiet and considerate when entering and exiting the rooms. Overall the hotel was a pleasant experience and on visiting again I wouldn't pass on staying at the Boutique Relais again, thoroughly recommend a night or two stay.

This hotel is in a wonderful location and is so peaceful and relaxing. The price was very reasonable and the rooms very well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. They held our bags for us while our room was being cleaned and they had our bags in our room waiting for us when we got back. There is a passcode to enter the hotel so it always felt safe and secure. When ever I come back to Rome I will be staying here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
