I am extremely upset with the room booked. The photos corresponded only partially to the room found. It was very unclean and poorly cleaned, there was a lot of foreign hair in the bathroom and my sink was very dirty. In addition, the walls to the neighboring rooms are very thin and you understood every word. An absolute cheek for the price and not recommended.

A very nice apartment with 5 bedrooms each with double bed and toilet. Nice location, the kitchen well equipped although a little small. Ideal for big families. With wifi, no bars on windows so keep small kids safe

Unfortunately we didn't feel very comfortable here. The rooms were okay, but poorely-soundproofed and the light makes you feel like beeing in a laboratory. The service was not good either, in the end we had to buy our own toilet paper, since it has not been refilled during our whole stay. On the other had, it is very well located and the ones responsible are 24/7 available via phone to solve your problems.

Wow we are so impressed by this place. For the small price we paid (42 euros) we didn’t expect too much. But this place is better than most 4 star hotels. The location is prime. It’s quite central and the area is very safe. Getting into the room was so easy. We were given the codes on the day of arrival and followed the instructions without any trouble. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The showers worked well and the towels were pretty good smelling. Better than the last 5 star hotel we have just recently been to. For the price you pay you get a supreme deal. We can only recommend staying here and we will be back.

I had an amazing stay at Boutique Telhal 89, the room was good, the room service was great, there is a Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioner and small fridge in the room. It’s super clean. They also kept sending me messages to ask me if everything is okay. I highly recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
