rooms basic, dated and noisy, but typical at their price point. what is not ok is that the property advertises rooms having air conditioning when in fact they do not. that is nothing short of a fraud and could never be acceptable but especially not in europes hottest capital city where AC is essential. this property was formerly known as "apartamentos andromeda" before the laughable rebranding as a "boutique urban". they have not even bothered changing the sign above the door. check out it's apalling reviews to learn more. top tip: if you are unwise enough to stay here then ask for room 1 or 2 which are both literally 2 metres from the reception. you wont sleep but you will have lots of fun listening to the rudeness, apathy or impotence with which they fail to handle the other guests complaints.

Cheapish and cheerful. Even though it had a kitchenette there is very little to use. There is cutlery and crockery but no cooking utensils. There's also no dish wash or dish towels. No contents or salt and pepper or oil. But otherwise it's great. Good size. Power shower. Great location. Easy access to city. Serviced apartment. They change bedding every other say and used towels daily as well as sweep. They will provide extra toilet paper so no need to rush out and buy any when you arrive.

Basic rooms. Not too clean. No hairdryer in the room and if you want one you need to give 20€ deposit. Reception service is not the best. Our room was overlooking very busy street with a bar that was always full and loud in the night. The good thing is location. If you like to walk you can reach center in 20min or so, and if you don't there is a metro station 2min from the hotel. Breakfast is in s bar nearby, you can choose from a piece of toasted bread with small pack of butter & jam and croissant. You get coffee and a glass of orange juice. Not worth the price as there is no choice, especially if you don't want to have some type of dough for breakfast.
