My experience was OK If you expect a great stay then this is not it I used it for me and my partner to SIMPLY sleep.. we were mostly outside. The bed was OK, the A/C didn't work but it the temperature was OK for us to sleep in, shower is not good- the same shower gel is used for hair and hands & blow dryer was nowhere to be found. The heating of water worked for the 3 days ans on the day of check out it didn't The staff in check in are super rude, if you speak Spanish they are a biiiit more friendlier . . If not they can be total twats

We woke up in the morning with a huge vomit in the middle of the hallway… nothing else needs to be said. The air conditioner didn’t work and we almost suffocated in the room. They say there is breakfast in the morning. But it’s actually in the cafe next to the “hotel” where they give you a bad coffee, cold food, and an small orange juice… it’s a disgrace.

Beware, burglaries are being committed in this hotel. There is no security in the building; no cameras in hallways, no safe in the room. We reported the theft to hotel reception but they did nothing to help (reception actually told us that another theft had been reported a few days earlier). The valuables that were stolen were hidden in our luggage, not in plain site. The room was undisturbed except for the missing items and there was no sign of forced entry. Only the staff had easy access, would know if we were inside, and would face no consequences. I am writing this as a warning to help fellow travelers because hotel staff and local police will not be sympathetic. If you care for your valuables, reconsider staying at this hotel where multiple thefts are taking place. Otherwise, the location was good, not far from sites.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. There is no heating system in the cold winter. The room is really dirty and smelly. I would not stay there again even they paid me back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
