This was a fantastic stay! Check-in was very simple, and our accommodations seemed brand new, but were very cozy. We were a short drive or walk from several restaurants. There is a hot tub and sauna, which our party really enjoyed. The highlight was the secret entrance to the Plitvice park, which is only a 10-minute walk from the villa. Highly recommend!

Located near the ‘unofficial’ access 3 to the Plitvice lakes parc this is a true gem. The new B&B offered us a very nice stay, but also because the hosts where very kind and helpful. There is a hottub you can use, a breakfast / living area and a very nice garden. With a few restaurant options within minutes walking this was the perfect place for out Plitvice experience.

Nicest place we have stayed on our trip so far. Rooms are new and clean. Beds are great. Service is great. The breakfast is perfect. Would highly recommend. About a 5 min walk from the park entrance P1. And the big falls.

Beautiful house at the back entrance of the Plitvice Lakes Park. There are enough parking spaces available. Special feature: Check-in is fully digital with a PIN code on the door. There is only a reception or a person on site at breakfast time. If you want something, you have to do everything over the phone, which is why my rating compromises the service. A sauna can be used, but you should be aware that extra costs will apply. In addition, the sauna only has 80°. There is a hot tub outside behind the house that can be used. You simply sign up for a list and go into the hot tub at the time you signed up. Dinner is not offered, but there are two restaurants nearby that can be visited within walking distance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
