        We never got to stay! Beware of this hotel. We booked nearly a year in advance to lock in a good price. Now, less than two months away, they have cancelled all six of our rooms (booked on three different people's credit cards) saying our cards were invalid. THEY WERE NOT! What happened here is that their prices doubled and they cancelled our rooms so they could book others at a much higher price. Only one of us received confirmation that the room was cancelled. When the other two people checked, their's had been cancelled too. All our cards are valid and in good standing. When we notified the hotel to try to work our the situation and tell them that the cards were good, they would not reinstate the reservations.

        Plumbing broken in room first day so could not check in at normal time. Waited around only to be sent to different room. Made us check out at normal time the next morning to change to original room which was no where near as advertised. Much smaller than photos. I give two stars for location. The other 3 could have been gained if there was one apology throughout this process which there wasn't.

        Very bad. Our reservation was cancelled by this apartment agency on the day we arrived. They are saying overbooked by mistake. A restaurant near this apartment was saying overbooking of this apartment is famous. Very bad operation of booking. Not respecting customers at all. They booked another room of another agency for us and we had to walk one hour with our two small kids and luggages to arrive the location.

        Very nice rooms right around the corner of the Trevi Fountain. The room was very clean and cozy. Also nice bed and good sound isolation from the other rooms (there are only about 5 rooms total). The location is perfect as various sightseeing attractions are within walking distance. Many gelateria's, restaurants and souvenir shops right around the corner. Only 600 meters (8 mins walking) from the Barberini Metro stop which takes you to trainstation Rome Termini (2 stops). The room looked very similar to the pictures from the various booking websites. The housekeeping staff was also very helpfull and friendly providing housekeeping service every day. After the check-out there is also the possibility to leave the luggage for a few hours at the Residenza Ki apartment just 300 meters away, where also the free breakfast is served daily. At first I was a bit hesitant to book the room as there are so many options in Rome. But we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this apartment! (Please note that the check-in is 300 meters away from the building where the rooms are located. You have to check-in at Residenza Ki, Via Rasella 53.)

        Good location. Staff very helpful and informative and welcoming. Even when there was a mix up with our room the staff were very accomodating, apologetic and sorted things out with little fuss. Rooms are clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was also lovely!
