I’m a small girl that was coming here after flying 10 hours. Was so tired and had 2 small 1 big suitcase. They didn’t let me know there was roadworks. Got dropped off at the end of the road. Had to push everything myself. Got To the door and this was around 7am. The guy did not look happy to see me. I said to him I know it’s early but if there’s a space room can you please check me in early cos I came from a long flight. He then said to me we normally don’t care if you come from a long flight or not. If there’s room then I will check you in. I was just asking no need for that comment. Charged me $50 for early check in but when my friends came later on. He checked them in at 9:30am with no fee. My thing is I don’t get if he didn’t want to check me in early. All he could’ve said was there’s no rooms available. And I would’ve just Left my stuff there and go get food and some shopping until Check in time. He still kept checking me in but said he doesn’t care where I came from. The place is cheap, so don’t expect too much. I wasn’t expecting it to be good but like it feels like all staff hates their job. No one wants to be there or do any work. One of the girls that gave me extra towels was very rude as well. Her name is Joyce. Never have I seen a place that treat customers with no respect and attitude. I have friends that work in hotel as well. They even said this place is terrible. I booked for 4 nights but I left after 2. It was so bad. They said no matter what happens. They shouldn’t talk to customers like that even if the customer is wrong.

This is the second time I stayed at this Hotel because I really enjoyed my first stay here nine months ago. Once again I had a wonderful stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the location is fantastic and everything is convenient. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay that is also not to expensive.

Boutique hotel with large bed that we love. The King size room has a long table to put your anything or to use as a working station. Bathroom is clean. The Deluxe room has seating area with round table inside the room for meal time or working. Close to nearby supermarket and restaurants. Very much at the central area. Close to any tourism spots. Love Rosey the front desk reception, she is very much kind and generous. Left a small gift for her as our expression of gratitude during our stay.

Check-in was brisk and all the staffs were very friendly. Raphael which served me recommended free-tours and places of interest. Very thankful that I was given a free upgrade to a room with kitchen which came in handy as we were able to wash our fruits at a bigger sink as the toilet sink was tiny. There's a metro construction right in front but the sound proofing for the room was great and there's no disturbance from it. The location is great as it's in central melbourne where there's a lot of food outlets which open till late. It's within the free tram zone so travelling with public transport was so convenient.
